👉🏼 What you need to know going into this recipe: This is not your standard rojo (red) enchilada sauce. This is a beefy Tex-Mex enchilada gravy and it deserves the utmost respect 🫡 Texans take their enchilada gravy pretty seriously. P.s. this is one of the EASIEST (most delicious) Tex-Mex dishes you’ll ever conquer at home. It literally takes me less than 30 minutes to slam out and it is one of me and Phil’s favorite all-time dishes. Follow for more really delicious recipe how-to’s! Ingredient
