Wilmot Cancer Institute's Karen Mustian, PhD, helped write a new set of national guidelines for easing fatigue in cancer patients. Among the top recommended treatments: exercise, talk therapy (also known as cognitive behavioral therapy), qi gong, mindfulness, yoga, and more.
