A former Girl Scout, Kate was always ready with a Swiss Army knife to open locked porta-potties at music festivals (Glastonbury!) and locked windows in stuffy hotel rooms (Hampton Inn). Wherever we found ourselves, the show would go on without a hitch- we just had to turn around and lock in with Kate. Mostly we relied on her to get the party started!!

When we were making the video for Naked Eye, our keyboardist Vivian Trimble came up with the idea of retro-futurism as a reference. This was inspired by some of the movies she saw growing up in France directed by Jaques Tati, including Mon Oncle from 1958. As we all loved the aesthetic Viv suggested, we let video directors know our idea and asked for submissions. Marcus Raboy submitted the idea that each band member play different parts of a character’s personality. So, we all have matching blue
