Thank you to volunteers from Avon Valley Railway Official who helped us remove some of the tracks from the disused Portishead rail line 🙏🛤 These old tracks aren’t suitable for modern trains and have to be cleared before construction of the re-opened Portishead to Bristol line can begin. The removed tracks have been donated to Avon Valley Railway, where they’ll find a new home transporting vintage locomotives on their heritage steam and diesel line.
