Still dealing with a fair amount of pain, but was able to get my squats and accessories done. My Back Down Rep Sets were a little ragged after my Top Set, slightly fatigued...but got the work done. Week 5, Day 4 - Meet Prep Cycle 0521, Deadlift day...and Squat make up day. Since I didn't have a spotter yesterday, I did my Squat single today after my deadlift. I just had one single at 328.5lbs (90%), so it wasn't too taxing on my body. My squat wasn't quite as nice as my single deadlift, but I think I handled the weight pretty well - even though I was a little short on depth. I'll be squeaking those cheeks a little deeper come meet day! | The Mighty Leprechaun

Nothing too remarkable to report, just making slow progress and not experiencing any pain/discomfort out of the ordinary. 😊 Primary lift of Barbell RDLs is up to 50lbs (for 5x8) - no low back pain, no SI Joint pain, and no glute discomfort. Up to 25lbs on Belt Squats for 5x10, and Leg Extensions were 32.5lbs for 5x10. Nothing impressive, but I'm happy with the progress of recovery and making my way back up in weight. Week 6, Day 2 - Rehab and Recovery cycle 0925, Bench day (from Monday's training). Had hoped to post this yesterday, but unfortunately I spent the day doing repair work on my furnace. Bench is feeling good and moving well - albeit the weight is still far from what I'm actually capable of moving. The point here is to recover properly, and smartly build back up. My heaviest rep set was 125lbs for 1x3. Single work was 140lbs for 3x1. I'm happy with the progress...even though I'd love to be lifting

Swapped out my Lat Pull Downs for Kneeling Straight Arm Pull Downs. I usually do these standing, but I feel like this position isolates my back much better.
