PART 3- In this video, I walk through the replacement of a failed variable drive pulley (MIA12482) and drive belt (GX24154) on a John Deere E100 riding mower. These symptoms—jerky pedal movement and inconsistent speed control—were traced back to improper belt routing during a previous shop’s repair. This fix also applies to John Deere X106, 100 Series, and 105 Series lawn tractors. I explain why I chose to remove the mower body instead of dropping the transmission, and how I diagnosed the issue
