⚓ België 🇧🇪 en Nederland 🇳🇱 schenken mijnenjagers aan Oekraïne🇺🇦 Op 26 juni 2025 vond op de marinebasis in Zeebrugge een discrete maar historische ceremonie plaats: België en Nederland hebben elk een mijnenjager overgedragen aan Oekraïne. De Belgische BNS Narcis gaat voortaan een nieuwe missie tegemoet onder Oekraïense vlag als 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗹, ter versterking van de maritieme veiligheid in de Zwarte Zee. Ook Nederland droeg bij met de Zr.Ms. Vlaardingen, die herdoopt werd tot Melitopol.
