Tonight, the Presidential Inaugural Committee (PIC) lit the “Field of Flags” art display on the National Mall. The PIC will illuminate 56 pillars of light, which will take approximately 46 seconds, ahead of the inauguration of the 46th President of the United States: Joseph R.
