On Saturday, YOUR Charlotte County Sheriff's Office SWAT team competed at the 20th Annual Southwest Florida Region VI SWAT Challenge. We are proud to announce that Cpl. Talbot won the Top Sniper award, finishing first overall in the individual competition. 📌Fun fact: We do not have a dedicated SWAT unit. Our SWAT members are deputies from several other units who have taken on the additional role. They must pass a comprehensive test to join the team, with higher requirements for physical agility

They were put through various solo and team challenges where they went up against other SWAT teams from various counties and cities.
