11 a.m. Tropical Update: The latest tropical advisory for Erin has just been issued by National Hurricane Center meteorologists. The hurricane is in the middle of an intensification phase. While no inland impact is forecast for North Carolina on this current track, there is still uncertainty for when Erin may turn to the North this weekend.
