Six weeks into Oz’s gaming and YouTube detox, and the transformation has been incredible. But that’s not to say there hasn’t been challenges, moments of doubt, and even guilt, because I know how much Oz loves gaming. But through it all, he’s becoming more patient, spending time outside, reading, boxing, cooking, and just being.
