Today at Crooked Creek in Carrol County. It took a variety of Appalachian Baits to tame these picky trout. I talked to many anglers who were fishing hard like I was. I ended up catching 13 and bringing six home for supper. I caught trout on our pink Cricket Spinner, Bubbagum worm, Whitetop worm, and Road Kill. The bite was also sluggish as the trout would just bump the bait. I lost seven hooked fish in all. But nevertheless it beats making baits and answering the phone. See you on the creek bank
