No, unfortunately this game has no new game+ option. The closest you can get is by keeping your starting equipment in a new game (alucard sword, shield, armor, etc.). In luck mode it's quite easy: get hit by a warg with your def. at 12 or lower and fly through deaths room.

Mar 13, 2009 · Newgame + essentially lets you replay the game with all of your weapon upgrades and equipment. This alows you to have an easier time tackling the monsters in the harder difficulty levels, since you already have decent weapons and a good number of bullets.

It's the first Supermassive game that doesn't save your collectibles on replays from various chapters, as I'm pretty sure Until Dawn didn't lose anything on replays, unless you started a fresh new game. I'm hoping that when online co-op is realeased next month, they make some tweaks to the replay features. Thankfully, it's not a long game.
