No worries! You can quickly and conveniently extend the time during which a package is stored in a Parcel Locker to get an additional 24h to collect it. You can now do this using the InPost Mobile app - this new service costs PLN 7.99 and can be used repeatedly. How to extend the pick-up deadline in the InPost Mobile app?

Information about the parcel will appear in the InPost Mobile app, and the Recipient will receive a unique pin code from us to collect the parcel. The delivery time of a parcel to Poland from the France is 4 business days, on average.

You can now send parcels from Poland to Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal.. And this is just the beginning!

InPost parcel lockers in are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is the best choice if you want to collect or ship your package.

On the page, select the "Envio de encomenda" tab (in English: send the parcel) or go directly to InPost.pt/envio-de-encomenda. Provide basic information, i.e. the country (país) to which you want to send the parcel and the weight (peso) of the parcel in kilograms.

If you prefer to send your parcel without printing a label, you will receive a special sending code, which you only need to write on the parcel. That's all!
