Día de Amor y Amistad (Day of Love and Friendship) is celebrated the third Saturday of September every year in Colombia. This is essentially the Valentine’s Day of Colombia.

While much of the world celebrates Valentine’s Day on February 14th, there are exceptions to that rule. One exception is the country of Colombia, which celebrates its own version of Valentine’s Day on the third Saturday of September.
