A senior official claims that Ukrainian long-range drones have struck one of Russia’s biggest oil refineries for the second time in three days.

"The Saratov Oil Refinery is one of the key facilities in Russia's fuel infrastructure. Its refining capacity reaches 7 million tons of oil annually," Andrii Kovalenko, head of Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation,

"The refinery mainly produces gasoline, fuel oil, and diesel fuel. In total, more than 20 types of oil products (are being produced there)," the General Staff said.

Ukraine`s Unmanned Systems Forces, Defense Intelligence, and Special Operations Forces struck the Saratov oil refinery in Russia, which processes crude oil, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.

The refinery, located roughly 200 kilometers (124 miles) from the front line, is a strategic logistics hub for diesel fuel and aviation kerosene used by Russian troops, Andrii Kovalenko, head of Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation,

Ukrainians conducted another successful attack on Russian fuel infrastructure. On Tuesday morning, drones attacked a refinery in Saratov. A series of explosions were also heard near an airbase close to the city of Engels.
