Missouri wide receiver Luther Burden III is moving on after not being selected in the first round of Thursday night's NFL draft. In fact, instead of sulking about it, he's just going back to work. The 21-year-old posted the following photo at the conclusion of the night—timestamped 12:52 a.m.—with practice equipment at Missouri's facility.

Missouri Tigers star receiver Luther Burden III is officially NFL bound — though a day later than many expected. Burden became the second Tiger selected in this year’s draft when he was chosen No. 39 overall by the Chicago Bears in the second round.

Three pure wide receivers in Arizona's Tetairoa McMillan, Ohio State's Emeka Egbuka and Texas' Matthew Golden came off the board in the first round, but Burden did not hear his name called. Travis Hunter, the cornerback/wide receiver hybrid, went No. 2 overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
