Northern Idaho confirms its first measles case in 34 years, with another case reported last week. Idaho's kindergarten vaccination rate is 74%, well below the 93% national average.

The case also marks the first confirmed measles case in the Idaho Panhandle since 1991, according to a news release Tuesday from the Panhandle Health District.
