Local first responders said the flag had been on the flagpole at the London- Corbin Airport during the tornado and remained there until replaced.

On Monday the National Weather Service team visited Woodland Park to confirm a rare EF-1 tornado back on July 30th.

A line of strong storms stretching from Stutsman to La Moure to Dickey to Brown County developed late Tuesday afternoon.
