A federal judge has denied most defense motions to dismiss portions of a lawsuit against the town of Greece and others.
Plaintiffs sued Town of Greece under 42 U.S.C. §1983, §1985(2), and §1986, contending that the Town violated their constitutional rights by suppressing plaintiff Ryan Murphy's social media posts.
