Secretary Kristi Noem said the list will include those countries which do not have a “stable government” which cannot aid in vetting the individuals seeking refuge.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said she is "recommending a full travel ban" for countries that have "been flooding our nation with killers, leeches, and entitlement junkies," in her immigration missive on the heels of the president directing a reexamination of green cards issued to 19 countries.

Noem also said those who submitted “fraudulent visa applications signed up for government programs, took hundreds of billions of dollars from the taxpayers and we’re going to remove them and get our money back.
