If the Cowboys were serious about having a top-flight defense, they absolutely could make either of these trades a reality.
For example, if the Eagles trade for Garrett, they'll obviously give up their first-round pick and quite possibly their second-round pick, not to mention an early-round pick in 2026. It's also possible the Eagles will get a late-round pick in return.
