Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Jalen Williams has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Boston Celtics due to a hip strain. Williams suffered the injury when Nuggets forward Peyton Watson landed on him midway through the second quarter of Monday's loss.

Alexander wasn’t forgotten late Monday night. He was just forced to be a bystander. He was complemented in coach Mark Daigneault’s eyes.  “They were able to limit his attempts,” Daigneault said after the Nuggets' 140-127 win over the Thunder at Paycom Center to split the season series at 2-2.
