The US Justice Department is conducting a criminal antitrust probe into how companies responded to mass concert cancellations at the outset of the pandemic in 2020, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The concert promoter has committed to lease a 5,300-seat entertainment venue at mixed-use megaproject Centennial Yards.

Live Nation asked the Supreme Court to overturn a ruling that struck down "unfair" agreements requiring concert ticket buyers to use arbitration.
