The death of Karen Diamond, 82, has turned the attack in Boulder, Colo., on marchers for Israeli hostages into a possible death-penalty case.

An 82-year-old woman burned in an antisemitic firebombing in Boulder, Colo., earlier this month has died, authorities said Monday, prompting an upgrade in charges against the person suspected of carrying out the attack.

The suspect in the firebombing attack, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, will now face two counts of murder as a result of Diamond’s death.
