A big game from Catarina Ferreira made up for otherwise poor scoring from Oregon State, as the Beavers beat a tenacious San Francisco team to advance to the Semifinals where they will face Gonzaga.

Despite losing most of last year’s Elite Eight roster, Oregon State women’s basketball won the WCC tournament and will dance again in March Madness.

Catarina Ferreira finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds and Oregon State wrapped up its first season in the West Coast Conference with a tournament championship, ending two-time defending champion Portland's 13-game win streak with a 59-46 victory.
