All Hawaii islands remain under a flood watch through Monday afternoon as a Kona low weather system continues to drench the state. The Kona low is north of Kauai and will move south through Monday, before heading west and weakening Wednesday and Thursday, forecasters said.

A developing kona low north of Kauai is drawing up a moisture rich air mass meaning locally high rainfall and possible isolated storms that may initiate flash flooding. Winds may also strengthen to advisory levels Monday along with Big Island summits receiving significant snow accumulation the next few days.
