Several Lufthansa employees were injured Thursday after the nose landing gear of a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner collapsed while the aircraft was parked at a gate at Frankfurt Airport.

The airline Lufthansa said the cause of the accident at Frankfurt Airport was under investigation. The plane can weigh 279 tons at takeoff.
