The reinforcements continue to come for the Indiana Fever.
Stephanie White and the Indiana Fever found themselves with a point guard problem as Caitlin Clark (groin), Aari McDonald (foot) and Sydney Colson (knee) are all dealing with injuries. White and the Fever have addressed the injuries by bringing in two new point guards on hardship contracts.
The new guard has spent her entire professional basketball career in Europe, where she recently won the Greek A1 League.
Sims provided a positive for the Fever after finishing with 11 points on 50% shooting in 26 minutes off the bench. It was a resilient performance by the 11-year WNBA veteran who finished with zero points in her first appearance against Dallas on Tuesday. Sims said she’s giving herself grace as she learns coach Stephanie White’s system.
