Wall Street stabilized in premarket trading Wednesday in a rocky week dominated by steep U.S. tariffs, and retialitory tariffs from Mexico, Canada and China, that have roiled global markets. Futures for the S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average each ticked up 0.

Ahead of the opening bell, ADP said the U.S. added 77,000 private payrolls in February, the fewest since July and well below economists' forecast for 148,000. Job losses were seen across several industries, including transportation, education and healthcare.
